| Myles
Frosst Associate
Over two decades Myles Frosst
has assisted government departments, industry associations, NGOs,
individual companies and research institutes build working
relationships with one another in pursuit of common strategic goals.
Myles graduated with a degree in economics from McGill University and
continues life long learning in public policy and administration.
In his words, “to launch rockets toward
shared objectives, fuel is paramount. More often than not that fuel is
available only from the implementation of a sound fund development strategy.”
To that end, Myles has exercised his passion for identifying the intersection of the specific needs and
capabilities of diverse funders/sponsors and other stakeholders in a
fundraising project, building a strategy that maximizes the
contribution that each partner can make to the project, finding
realistic performance measurements required to fine-tune the strategy's
implementation over time, and conveying the merits of the project to a
broad range of audiences.
Strategic or operational plans; facilitation of goal setting;
consultation and engagement; knowledge of potential partners;
achievement and communications of results: these are some of
the strengths that Myles brings to the clients of Bouza &
Associates.
